Introducing the CAOFEN F80 OFF-ROAD motorcycle, a versatile and powerful off-road companion for your adventures. The Caofen F80 Off-Road e-bike is an exceptional off-road bike that is built to withstand the test of time. Boasting an AlMg alloy frame construction, a high charge and discharge rate battery, and an 8KW motor, this bike is engineered to conquer the toughest terrains and climates.
Original Factory Version with Upgraded Battery
is the first off-road electric dirt bike that introduced a solution for durability of its battery. As you are aware, the battery of the dirt bike is the one subjected to the highest abuse because of the high-power demand. This generates heat which is the slow killer of the Lithium batteries. Caofen implemented high discharge rate batteries, but also submerged them in dielectric fluid that constantly cools them. Another advantage are two safety features usually available for high end motorcycles. There is an electronic ABS brake system that can be engaged and disengaged by a switch. The same applies for the regenerative braking system.
Intelligent Electric Energy Recovery Electrically Controlled Lock
Patented Battery Technology
The Caofen F80 has one of the most technologically advanced batteries available today.
The magnesium alloy casing houses automotive grade 21700 ternary lithium cells, an advanced BMS with CAN communication, a patented auxiliary heating system and a unique flame-retardant oil cooling system
This technology provides far greater battery stability, improving performance allowing you to ride faster for longer. The operating temperature range of the battery is extended from minus 40 Celsius to plus 60 Celsius and allows for faster more efficient charging.
Advantages
Battery can be charged in approximately half the time of a standard lithium battery. Battery life is approx. 1.5 times (1200 cycles) that of a standard lithium battery. Consistent high performance due to outstanding temperature stability. Engineered for use in extreme conditions to IP67 waterproof standards.
Liquid Submerged Batteries
Caofen stands as a pioneer in the world of commuter electric motorcycles, distinguished by its innovative unibody frame and an ingenious cooling system that submerges the batteries in oil. With a dedicated team specializing in alloy material application, core component manufacturing, and electric motorization, Caofen has set the standard for safety and reliability within its category.
Caofen have applied a patented immersion cooling battery system to their motorcycle, which results in 8 times the thermal balance and only 50% of normal temperature rise. The temperature control system allows you to ride freely in any case even in -40 degrees environment. The temperature improves work efficiency while maintaining a balance.
