Strategic Update: The Smartwheel Brand Evolution

Dear Smartwheel Community,
At Smartwheel, our mission has always been to lead the charge in urban mobility. To stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving industry, we believe in constant innovation—not just in the products we carry, but in the standard of excellence we provide to our riders.
To make room for the next generation of electric motion and to refocus our resources on the future of high-performance technology, we are initiating a Strategic Brand Realignment.
The "Next-Gen" Transition
As we prepare for the arrival of new, groundbreaking partnerships and advanced product lineups, several existing brands and categories will be transitioning to our Clearence & Legacy Section. These include:
Airwheel, Caofen, Eride Pro, Extreme Bull, Inokim, Kingsong, Kollter, Minimotors (Futecher, Rovoron, Speedway), Nanrobot, Nosfet, NutCase - SixSix One, Taubik, Protec, UBCO, Vsett, and Zero.
These select brands, along with their associated parts and accessories, will be available at special clearance pricing until the remaining stock is fully transitioned. Once this phase is complete, these lines will be officially retired from the Smartwheel catalog.

We understand that many of our riders currently own and enjoy these products. We want to assure you that this transition is an internal portfolio realignment and reflects our vision for the future of Smartwheel.

Full Support: All existing warranties and service commitments remain 100% active.

Continued Service: Our technical team continues to offer full support and maintenance for all products purchased through Smartwheel.

Parts Availability: We will continue to provide support for these units as long as stock and manufacturer availability permit.
Looking Ahead
This "in-house cleanup" is a positive step forward. By streamlining our current offerings, we are clearing the path for new brands, exclusive launches, and enhanced customer service that will define the next chapter of electric travel in North America.
