Important Notice: Shipment Delays Due to Canada Post Strike

Dear Customers,

We wanted to inform you that due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, which began on November 15th, we are experiencing significant delays in pickups and shipments. This disruption is affecting both our Canadian and U.S. operations, as cross-border shipping has been impacted by the overload on carrier services. While shipments within the U.S. are not currently affected, we anticipate longer shipping times during this busy holiday season.

Orders expected to ship between November 15th and the sale period may experience delays, and we are working on getting most orders shipped before the Christmas. Please note that certain brands, including are taking longer due to delays in cross-border transportation from the U.S and may not be able to ship before Christmas. We will advise ETA on your orders directly based on your specific item.
