Welcome to Smartwheel USA! We are thrilled to introduce our new dedicated website for our US customers. With expanded warehouses strategically located in the USA, we aim to enhance our operational efficiency, providing even better service to our valued US customers.  For years we have been using cross border strategies to meet our US clients which poses challenges for both clients and us as a merchant. Now with more than 12 years experience in Personal Transportation, we are Calling USA as our new home.

Our US operation in collaboration with Onevolt Inc. who has years of experience in this industry will brings faster and smoother deliveries / pick-ups, eliminating border hurdles. Smartwheel USA is aiming to provide same level of service that our Canadian counterpart is enjoying. 

 

Who We Are:

Smartwheel has been a pioneering force in the industry for over a decade in North America. With our initial startup in Canada, we have established ourselves in both USA and Canada as a one-stop destination for self-balancing electric rides, personal electric vehicles, electric scooters, electric unicycles, Onewheels, electric bikes, and electric dirt bikes of all major brands in the PEV industry.

Our showrooms in Canada, located in Toronto and Burlington, providing sales, after-sale service and test ride facilities. We are looking forward to opening showrooms in the US market as well in the upcoming years to facilitate the customer.

It all started with our Experience Center, the first of its kind in Canada. At our Experience Center, our dedicated team provides personalized training sessions, ensuring each customer is equipped with the skills and knowledge to safely enjoy their new ride.
